We ate there 6 times when we were on vacation, and I had the sprouts each time. I couldn't get enough of them! I can't wait to go back, but in the mean time, I am having dreams of their sprouts! I never had a sprout in my life until Shepherd's Pie! Everything else on the menu is great too. Didn't have one disappointing meal! I need to find a recipe to make those sprouts!! OKC has a large Vietnamese population, and the Asian District is full of great Pho spots like Pho Hoa, Pho Cuong, and Mr Pho. (The area even rated a write up in the New York Times</a>. An early opening time is appropriate, as pho is a traditional breakfast food in Vietnam. I'm heading to OKC in a few weeks, and will make a beeline from the airport to my favorite Vietnamese restaurant! Such spelling issues are a sure sign I should not post late at night when exhausted...but wanted it up. What would I ever do without my cadre of sharp women protecting me from spelling/grammatical failings (N.B. chimichurri I had asked about and was given poor feedback).
