As we did not manage to eat everything on the menu in one night, we returned to the scene of the crime. Mark Dimunation came up from DC and we (of the royal sort) were joined by Brian Cassidy, Cynthia Gibson, and Bryan and Christine Bilby. Pictures below…only one dupe from last night, but required. Suffice it to say that neither the foie gras & kobe beef slider and lemon pistachio napoleon should be missed.

- Toro Tuna Tartar [Asian Pears, sesame, green onions, sriracha, pomme frites]
- Mark coming to terms with the greatness of his first bite of the slider.
- Foie Gras & Kobe Beef Slider (truffle aioli and red onion marmalade)
- Coriander and Pepper Crusted Tuna (served over seaweed salad with spicy tuna pot stickers and ginger soy glaze)
- All Natural Amish Airline Chicken Breast [Arugula polenta, yellow tomato salsa, pan jus]
- Cuban Braised Pork Shank [Sweet plantains, andouille sausage, roasted poblano peppers, soffrito sauce]
- Goat Cheese Donuts with lavender infused honey and vanilla sea salt
- Tonight trio of ice creams
- Lemon Pistachio Napoleon (Lemon curd, pistachio cake, candied pistachios)
- Mark savoring his last bit of his Trio (N.B. Very health conscious, note how he has left the last bit of empty starch cone ends…)
- A visit to Baltimore is better with a little Salt.
